MAGNUM™ biopsy instruments issued to customers based in Great Britain and Ireland are subject to specific terms and conditions of the sale which may or may not be the same for all hospitals contracted with UK BIOPSY. All instruments delivered are brand new and customer accepts responsibility of servicing which may/may not be provided by UK BIOPSY, subject to length of contract and price of our TOPCUT MGN needles. The issue of brand new MAGNUM™ instruments are subject to contract and fixed pricing agreements. Any deviation directly or in-directly during the duration of the agreement may result in the return of such items to UK BIOPSY Ltd where customer will no longer remain in full ownership of MAGNUM™ biopsy instrument(s). Customers have full ownership rights of all such instruments issued by UK BIOPSY if our terms of contact and issue are not breached. All MAGNUM™ biopsy instruments issued by UK BIOPSY Ltd come with 12 month standard warranty.
