hospitals realise savings when placing orders with UK BIOPSY, both
on products and payment methods.
We've decided to process all
our online orders via a highly secure method of email confirmation
and payment (ECAP™). All credit card transactions are processed
through our partner PAYPAL.
How to Place an Online Order
Ordering can take place by either phoning our
customer service call centre on 01422 361565 or by emailing us on
sales@ukbiopsy.com with your
request. Please have the following information at hand:
- Product Reference Code(s)
- Quantity of product
required
- Hospital Invoice address
- Hospital name and Delivery address
- Special notes for order
- Your NHS or private
hospital phone number and extension
You will then be sent a
confirmation email invoice to complete and confirm the order details
before proceeding to pay for the goods using your credit card.
Please note the email you
provide must be a valid NHS or private
hospital email address. Please also include in your correspondence,
your name, title and direct contact number.
The email will contain the order
details for you to confirm, check and then input your credit card
payment details via
Once your credit card has been
authourised, the order dispatch date and time will be confirmed
from UK BIOPSY with a unique reference number. Your UK BIOPSY area
sales representative will also be notified to ensure your goods
arrive on time and will also be available to answer any questions
relating to the order.
UK BIOPSY does not
accept payments over the phone due to our security policy, please be
advised not to give any credit card details when contacting us
regarding new or existing orders. Just simply quote your unique
product ID code.

UK BIOPSY does not store
credit card information on our company servers.

If you prefer not to use our
ECAP system, an alternative
method would be to fax us your purchase order number, with all
relevant details, including delivery and invoice address. These
should be faxed to 01422 300171. Your order will be processed
immediately and usually shipped the same day on our next day
delivery service, arriving before 13.00. Please note that this applies if your
order is received before 15.00.
